 Welcome to the first ever SASS Potjie Competition!
In the spirit of togetherness and participation, and in commemoration of Freedom Day, SASS will be hosting a truly South African activity – A Potjie Competition!
We have had an overwhelming response and in a matter of days have already filled the 5 available team spots.
See below for further event details:
Date: Sat 5th May
Venue: Bredäng Church (Bredäng t-‐bana) - Bredängsvägen 260, Bredäng
Time: 14:00 – to late
Entrance Fee: 40 kr (members), 60 kr (non-members)
* Note that the Potjie competition will start at 14:00, so you are welcome to show your support for the teams or join us for the Potjie tasting at about 18:00.
Drinks will be available and snacks can also be purchased from the bar.
Some background entertainment will be offered in the form of a video wall and South African music.

You are welcomed to join the SASS Food Workshop where you will have the opportunity to participate in the preparation of some classic South African foods, and of course savour the results!
Date: Saturday 19th Nov 2011
Time: 14:00-18:00
Venue: Kista Folkhögskola, Kista Träff, 4 Kista Torg
Cost: 120kr per person
The food workshop will include a '’n snoek patee met toasties en ’n slaai garneringkie', A Medium Lamb 'bunny' and Koeksisters.
